I Laughed Down on the sound of "er" with 14 outbursts on one out breath. It sounds like this.
Sometimes the sound of "aw" works better for me, so I try that instead. Remember that it takes less than 7 seconds to Laugh Down, so you can try any sound you like to see what works best for you in a remarkably short space of time. You may need more than one sound.
Doing this is much, much faster than driving to the therapist, waiting half an hour, getting the treatment, buying the prescribed remedy, driving home and taking the prescribed remedy. It's also FREE, so do it whenever you like, simply to feel better!
Go "Ha!". That's one laugh.
Now go "Ha! Ha!" That's two laughs.
Now go "Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!" That's two times two laughs - four laughs altogether.
Now repeat the four laughs.

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!"
That's eight laughs.
Now do it three times.

That's 12 laughs. Do them all on one out breath.
Now do 14 laughs on one out breath.

Count and Clap
To train yourself, chant ONE two three four, ONE two three four, ONE two three four, ONE two, several times and clap along so that you get the rhythm of it.
The whole idea is to get yourself a beat and a rhythm going so that counting the 14 claps is easy to do. Do it all on one out breath.
Each four laughs takes one second, so altogether 14 laughs will take you four seconds.
Now repeat each set of 14, 14 times. That's 56 seconds altogether - less than a minute.
Now notice that when you breathe in you do so from your lower belly. This makes you a good breather - instantly!
When you add the specific sounds you will be laughing for a specific purpose - such as pain relief, reducing blood sugar or reducing blood pressure. For example, the sound of "ee" is for all joints, whereas the sound of "zhee" is for joints in your right fingers, hand, arm and shoulder. The "zh" is pronounced as you do in the words "treasure", "pleasure" and "measure".

Cheeky Monkey was born chubby. He fasted to get slim, but his over eating ("comfort food") made him fat again. Then he learned the reality of fat metabolism.
He discovered that you can relax away your fat by laughing yourself slim. That's because you don't release fat (COH). You reduce it to carbon dioxide (CO2) and water (H2O). 86% of your fat is then released as CO2 and 14% as H2O.
In other words, breathing OUT releases most of your fat. And laughing is boosted breathing. The more effectively you laugh, the more fat you laugh OUT.
Infectious laughing is effective laughing. You do it by opening your airway. The root of your tongue sits on your airway, so pulling the tip forwards opens your airway.
So to make your laughter infectious, place the tip of your tongue over your bottom teeth and down into the front gutter behind your bottom lip. Laugh on the sound "a" as in "hat".
