Deep Healing Meditation Music
Each of these instrumentals was commissioned by Elvis Pavarotti. They were composed by music maestro Jeremiah Stone, who has over 65 years of experience in the music industry. He was also experienced in profound meditation, so he would meditate deeply, then compose these pieces for healing.
Please take the time to remove all obstacles to deep meditation, including your pets, children, spouse, phone, TV and radio. As well, remove all obstacles to the flow of electromagnetic energy in your body - metal such as rings, bra hooks, watches, mobile phones and even eyelets in your shoes, and, of course, synthetic clothing.
Sip a couple of glasses of purified water, then sit comfortably, close your eyes and relax. Breathe with the tip of your tongue touching the air, so that your airway is open. Alternatively, use the Cramps Relieving Tongue Position to relax all your muscles.
When you breathe in your belly should go out. When you breathe out your belly should go in. Think opposites.
The Healing Power of Music
Each musical key nourishes a particular pair of cranial nerves. For example, the key of C nourishes your olfactory nerve, improving your sense of smell. Another good example is the key of A, which is for your vagus nerve, which nourishes your abdominal nerve network, which has twice as much neural pathway in it than your brain. So if you want to digest well, play music in the key of A. And if you have inflammation in the intestines, which is common because cooked food causes intestinal inflammation, play music in the key of Am (A minor), to relax away the distress.
The major key supports the cranial nerve. For example, E Major supports your facial skin, making it tighter. The minor key relaxes the cranial nerve, allowing toxins out. Thus, E Minor releases toxicity from your facial skin, reducing wrinkles.
Almost all of the music on this page is in a minor key, to release pain, ache, discomfort, stress, cramps, spasm, tension, sag, wrinkles, tiredness and fatigue from the body parts which those cranial nerves nourish.
Your 12 Cranial Nerves and your 12 Keys
You have 12, paired (one on each side of your brain) cranial nerves and 12 Musical Keys. Starting with the Key of C, each Cranial Nerve relates to a Key point on the side of your body.
For example, the Key of C relates to your olfactory nerve, which governs your ability to smell. And the Key of A relates to your vagus nerve and therefore the functions of your heart and abdomen.
This means that you can press into the reflexology dip relating to the Key, find the one that is the most painful, choose the Key of music that you need for healing, and relax and listen to the music. The following diagrams show you where the Key points are and what cranial nerve they relate to.
Cranial Nerve Chart
Use this chart to check your 12 cranial nerves and decide which one needs most musical nourishment. Then relax, breathe and let the music wash over you.

Trigeminal Nerve (V)
-
The trigeminal nerve is a large cranial nerve that sends signals between the brain and the face:
-
Function
-
The trigeminal nerve provides sensation to the face, including the forehead, scalp, cheeks, upper and lower jaw, teeth, gums, and lips. It also allows you to chew food. Pain may start near the top of the ear and move to the cheek, jaw, teeth, gums, lips, eye, or forehead. This may come from a blood vessel pressing on the nerve, so you may need to normalise the blood vessel in diameter for the pain to go.
-
Anatomy
-
There are two trigeminal nerves, one on each side of the face. The nerve has three branches: the ophthalmic (upper), maxillary (middle), and mandibular (lower) branches.
-
Related conditions
-
Trigeminal neuralgia is a condition that causes severe facial pain. It's more common in women and people over 50, and it's usually manageable with treatment. The treatment from the medical profession depends on what they know - radical treatments such as radiation and surgery.
Far cheaper and possibly much more effective is listening to music in the key of E Minor and massaging the large dimple in your left buttock cheek and, if needed, placing the matte side of a card that is white on both sides in that dimple and taping it there with paper tape from your local pharmacy. It is better to begin with this conservative treatment than invasive procedures with their side effects and after effects. Changing your lifestyle and realigning your neck may also help enormously.
-
Loss of facial sensation
-
Loss of corneal reflex (blinking in response to corneal stimulation)
-
Weakness in muscles of mastication (chewing difficulty)
-
Trigeminal neuralgia (severe facial pain)
-
Rough, dry, flaky, oily or combination facial skin
-
Skin sag
Combining Lamina Propria 1.1 with the dimple in the left, butt cheek may yield surprisingly quick results.
"Jeremiah has created a comic soundscape engendering positivity, calm and evolutionary strivings for this mystical composition." Jeremiah Stone, composer

The vagal nerves carry signals between your brain, heart and digestive system.
Your left and right vagal nerves join to form the vagal trunk. They connect at your esophageal hiatus, the opening where your esophagus passes into your abdominal cavity (belly). The vagal trunk includes anterior (front) and posterior (back) gastric nerves that go to your abdomen.
Your vagal nerve branches are:
-
Inferior ganglion branch that serves nerves and muscles to your throat (pharynx) and voice box (larynx).
-
Superior ganglion branch that serves nerves to your spine and ear.
-
Vagus nerve branch that serves nerves to your heart, lungs and esophagus (tube connecting your mouth and stomach).
They're a key part of your parasympathetic nervous system, affecting
-
Digestion.
-
Heart rate, blood pressure and respiration (breathing).
-
Immune system responses.
-
Mood.
-
Mucus and saliva production.
-
Skin and muscle sensations.
-
Speech.
-
Taste.
-
Urine output.
Symptoms include
-
Gastroparesis: Gastroparesis occurs when damage to a vagus nerve stops food from moving into your intestines from your stomach, causing acid reflux, fermentation, gas and bloating. This vagal nerve damage can result from diabetes, viral infections, abdominal surgery and scleroderma.
-
Vasovagal syncope: Syncope is another word for fainting. Vasovagal syncope occurs when a vagus nerve to your heart overreacts to certain situations like extreme heat, anxiety, hunger, pain or stress. Blood pressure drops very quickly (orthostatic hypotension), making you feel dizzy or faint.
-
Abdominal pain and bloating.
-
Acid reflux (gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD).
-
Changes to heart rate, blood pressure or blood sugar.
-
Difficulty swallowing or loss of gag reflex.
-
Dizziness or fainting.
-
Hoarseness, wheezing or loss of voice.
-
Loss of appetite, feeling full quickly or unexplained weight loss.
-
Nausea and vomiting.
