Healing Your Past and Future

There are four other states of consciousness which may need correction by reversing Perverse Breathing - past, which boosts your recall, future, which helps your planning, , between past and future, which helps you to be present and vertical pole, which gives you pure awareness.

Healing your Past

Place your LEFT hand on your tailbone (coccyx) with your palm on centre line. Place your RIGHT hand on your perineum (between your anus and your genitalia) with your palm on centre line. 

Spread the fingers of your RIGHT hand and close the fingers (and thumb) of your LEFT hand. Place the tip of your tongue forwards so that it touches the air outside your lips.

 

Feel, hear and watch your breathing move your coccyx over the course of 14 breaths. You will be doing Correct Breathing - when you breathe in your coccyx will go out and when you breathe out your coccyx will go in.

If this does not occur your diaphragm and abdominal muscles are too tense or "frozen". Practise Laughing Down more.

If this does occur reverse your palms. In other words, place your RIGHT palm on your perineum - still with your fingers spread - and your LEFT palm on your coccyx, with your fingers and thumb together.

Over the course of 14 breaths your breathing will reverse. You will be doing Reverse Breathing - when you breathe in your lower belly will go in and when you breathe out your lower belly will go out. Your breathing will be very shallow, constricted and tense - very poor. This is called Perverse Breathing.

Then change polarity again. Your right hand is + and your left hand is -, so go back to doing it with your right hand on your coccyx and your left hand on your perineum. Once again, you will breathe correctly.

Healing your Future

Place your LEFT hand on your crown with your palm on centre line. Place your RIGHT hand on your forehead with your palm on centre line. 

Spread the fingers of your RIGHT hand and close the fingers (and thumb) of your LEFT hand. Place the tip of your tongue forwards so that it touches the air outside your lips.  

 

Feel, hear and watch your breathing move your forehead over the course of 14 breaths. You will be doing Correct Breathing - when you breathe in your forehead will relax down and when you breathe out your forehead will tighten.

If this does not occur your diaphragm and abdominal muscles are too tense or "frozen". Practise Laughing Down more.

If this does occur reverse your palms. In other words, place your RIGHT palm on your crown - still with your fingers spread - and your LEFT palm on your forehead, with your fingers and thumb together.

Place your LEFT hand on your lower belly with your palm on centre line. Place your RIGHT hand on your perineum with your palm on centre line. 

Spread the fingers of your RIGHT hand and close the fingers (and thumb) of your LEFT hand. Place the tip of your tongue forwards so that it touches the air outside your lips.  

 

Feel, hear and watch your breathing move your perineum over the course of 14 breaths. You will be doing Correct Breathing - when you breathe in your perineum will go out and when you breathe out your perineum will go in.

Your Vertical Pole gives you Pure Awareness

Do not do this just before or during sleep, because it will keep you awake. After you wake up in the morning is a good time to focus on this, as a meditation before breakfast.

 

Place your LEFT hand on your crown - the top of your head - with your palm on centre line. Place your RIGHT hand on your perineum with your palm on centre line. 

Spread the fingers of your RIGHT hand and close the fingers (and thumb) of your LEFT hand. Place the tip of your tongue forwards so that it touches the air outside your lips.

 

Feel, hear and watch your breathing descend into your perineum over the course of 14 breaths. You will be doing Correct Breathing - when you breathe in your perineum will go out and when you breathe out your perineum will go in.

If this does not occur your diaphragm and abdominal muscles are too tense or "frozen". Practise Laughing Down more.

If this does occur reverse your palms. In other words, place your RIGHT palm on your crown - still with your fingers spread - and your LEFT palm on you perineum, with your fingers and thumb together.
