Made from fruit and nuts and sometimes veggies and herbs, which are combined in the best, compound proportions for this condition. If a fruit is out of season, simply soak the fruit overnight. If you desire more sweetness - especially for children, when you may need to compete with the over-sweetness of candy and other junk foods - add one or two pitted dates, or use stevia or monk fruit.

Coconut Custard for Dropping Blood Sugar 

Make coconut yogurt. Simply add half a teaspoon of lactobacillus acidopholus or other probiotic to a jar of coconut cream and stand it at a temperature above sixteen degrees Celcius and below 42 degrees Celcius for a few hours. When it's ready the solids will separate from the whey. 

Then add three, heaped tablespoons of turmeric powder or curcumin powder to the yogurt. You could blend it all with a couple of pitted dates to sweeten it. It will taste like custard and the strong amount of turmeric will lower your blood sugar. Spoon it over your fruit in the morning.
