Once doctors have a professional status they gain a new language that you may have trouble understanding. Actually it's easy. Just break up the word.

For example, "myo" means "muscle". You can look it up on Firefox. And "card" means "heart", as in "cardiologist" and "cardiac". And "itis" means "inflammation". So "myocarditis" means "muscle of the heart inflammation".

Inflammation is the repair process. Injury causes damage to your cells, which go into pain, which tells the body to repair itself. The process of repair involves redness because more blood rushes to the area. It involves swelling because when you rebuild more waste is created - for example, when you rebuild a wall in your house you get more broken bricks to carry to the dump. It involves lack of function during the repair process. And it involves weakness, or decreased function at the time too. And it involves heat as you get more energy into the repair site.

So to repair a heart muscle when it's inflamed, you need energy (oxygen, breathing), water (to carry the waste away) and nutrition (trace minerals, for example). Witch doctor told you this and taught you these three, basic strategies to support and boost the repair process?

Instead of this simple, obvious education that you need for self-healing, your doctor gives your a "diagnosis". You walk in and tell him that you have pain in your joints.

He tells you that you have "arthritis". What does "arthritis" mean? "Itis" means "inflammation" and "arth" means "joints". You have already told him that! After six years studying diagnosis, drugs and surgery at university, all he can do is give you a name in another language (doctorspeak) for what you have already told him!

So you ask him what to do about it. He says that there is nothing that you can do about it because he knows nothing! All he can do is give you pain killers for the rest of your life! That is his opinion! But if you are ask a plumber to mend the wiring in your house when you need an electrician, you could well get the same kind of reaction. He knows a completely different subject!

Your body can recover from any metabolic dis-ease. It changes its metabolism daily, from hot to cold to painful to serene to fast to slow and so on.
