How to Tone for Healing with your Christmas Light Carol
You have nine pure, vowel tones - air, ah, aw, er, ee, uu, oo, a and o. Diphthongs such as the "ou" in "house" are not pure vowel sounds because they contain two sounds, such as "ah" and "oo".
Each pure vowel does something. It releases stored impressions from your Anatomical Levels. Your spinal nerves exit at the level of your intervertebral discs, so when your back is pulled down through poor nutrition and exercise you will suffer back pain from not having it stretched enough. Then listen to or sing the third line of the verse to relieve back pain.

Your Facial Muscles
You may, of course, not have any trouble with your skin, yet your face still sags. That means that you need to nourish your facial muscles with sound. The sound for sinews - muscles, tendons and ligaments - is "aw".
The sound for the sinews of the right half of your face is "Shaw" so sing the tune with that sound. Feel the difference. You won't get the same amount of smoothness with "Shaw" as with "Sho", because "Shaw" is for your muscles and "Sho" is for your skin.

Now let's summarise the eight lines of the song - 4 in the verse and 4 in the chorus. The tune of each line heals something! If you listen to it and breathe correctly (diaphragmatically) - that is, with belly breathing - you will get the results. The more you do it, the more the results.

Verse
1 Line 1 of the verse makes you take a full in breath, starting at your lower belly and moving up to you upper belly, lower chest and upper chest. This helps to oxygenate your bloodstream, so that your organs, such as your digestive organs, get more energy.

Muscular aches and pains
Line 1 of the chorus relaxes your sinews - tendons, muscles and ligaments. This helps with the pain, ache, discomfort, cramps, spasm, stress and tension in your back, relaxing your back muscles so that they realign your spine by equalising the pull on your spine in all directions, in a relaxed manner. Thus, it helps with muscular aches and pains, stiffness in the neck and shoulders, lower back pain, mid back pain, upper back pain, neck pain, headaches, migraines, stiffness of posture, inflexibility, immobility and much, much more.
Try this. Stand in a relaxed manner with your feel shoulder width apart. Bend forward and down to where you hand comfortably. Then sing Line 1 of the chorus. Your body will relax down much further!
Do it to each side as well, then to the back. In all ways you get greater mobility, greater stretch, greater flexibility!
For those who love to do yoga or pilates, sing it in your stretches. Don't force the stretching, just sing the stretch longer!
Overeating, overweight and obesity
Line 2 boosts your sensory perception, including your vision, hearing and feeling. One part of that is the stretch receptors in your stomach, which do not activate to stop you eating too much - for those who are over weight. You can correct this easily, because you can satisfy your stretch receptors by drinking more water.
This does not leave you feeling satisfied, however, so you also need to activate your stretch receptors so that your stomach registers that it is full in your brain. The feeling of fullness also needs the feeling of satiation to feel fully nourished. To do this, sing Line 2 of the chorus over and over again, or listen to it, or do both, especially if you feel like over eating at the end of a meal or snacking between meals.
Line 3 is the same as Line 1 - great for muscle tension, inside and out, so also helpful for digestion, constipation, asthma and other breathing difficulties.
Joint Mobility
Line 4 frees up your joints. These may be the cause of your back pain, especially if you have arthritis (joint inflammation) in other parts of your body. I met a man with ankylosing spondulitis once, walking along a country road. He had been bedridden with that form of spinal arthritis for six months, but he was a chemist and worked out the answer to it biochemically.
I asked him what he recommended. He said that a diet high in enzymes was the answer, so he only ate raw fruit in the morning, raw vegetables for lunch and raw vegetables for dinner. That's the diet that God created for our design - look it up in Genesis 1:29 in the Christian Holy Bible.
If you depart from that diet for survival reasons you will build up toxins in your body and need to fast to get them out. They are are cause of your arthritis, which comes from excess acidic toxins, mainly fatty acids and amino acids (proteins).
The chemist walked faster up the hill than I did, because he had released his acidic toxins and was fit and healthy at the age of 62!

If you throw a stone into the ocean it makes a small splash. The effect on the whole ocean is small.
If you throw the same stone into a cup if makes a large splash. The effect on the whole cup of water is large.
Thus, the more specific you get, the larger and stronger the effect and the quicker the healing. So focussing on your whole spine will not move your lower back as quickly as focussing on your lower back.
You see, each section of your spine is nourished by a specific line in the Christmas Light Carol. So if you listen to the first line of the verse you will nourish your coccyx (tailbone) with that tune.

Miracle Music - How the Christmas Light Carol was Created
When i was 10 years old I joined the Religious Society of Friends, also called Quakers. We sat in a circle and worshipped in silence, unless a member of the congregation stood up to minister to us.
I asked my mother what I should do, and she said "Listen for the still, small voice of God within your Heart". I did. I heard nothing for a number of meetings. Then I heard music through my right ear.
So I said "Mum, what's happening?"
She said "Jesus is giving you music through your right ear". Miraculous music!
There were no words, but the music was beautiful, like symphonic music. So I learned to play harmonica so that I could write down the tunes, and then guitar and piano. Along the way I learned to write down my own music too - songs like Magnet to my Heart (romantic) and Toilet Music for Constipated Lovers (comedy).
The tunes that I heard through my right ear came from Jesus Christ. They were a miracle of healing that kept me going through years of abuse and lies by my older, larger, jealous sister.
The last time she punched me in the jaw was when I was visiting my mother's house, when I was 41. I didn't get that close to her again for the next 28 years, except with a policeman present.
As I had escaped the continuous threat to my life (she had threatened to kill me hundreds of times and tried to kill me at least three times), my life blossomed. I wrote plenty of songs of my own. Then, in response to a heartfelt prayer, in November of 2020 I heard the tune to Christmas Light - again, through my right ear, from Jesus Christ.
I closed my eyes in prayer, then opened the Christian Holy Bible, and it fell open at Luke 1 & 2. So I wrote the words in verses 1,2 & 3 from there.
I sang it to an old Christian - who turned out to be an Anglican - who said that he liked it more than Silent Night. I sang it to a Roman Catholic friend, who said that it contained the whole Christian message in a nutshell. Another said it was the best Christian song that she had ever heard. I sang it in church to my pastor, who said he loved it.
And then I got a miracle Divine Appointment. Because I was staying less than 200 metres from the Queensland border and we were in lockdowns, the media were stationed at the border. On the morning of Christmas eve they invited me to sing it on the Sunrise Program on Channel 7 television. They also did a pre-record, and played it again on Christmas night, even though it was a capella and on the street!
During the following year I church hopped. On this journey I learned more about the Christian message, and eventually felt inspired to write verses 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. This is the first three verses, with choruses, and accompaniment by music maestro Jeremiah Stone.

Christmas Light (the Miracle Christmas Carol that can give you back relief if you hum it!)
My father was an atheist. My mother was a Christian. My father sincerely believed that, when it came to the children's education, they should have the choice of what path they wished to follow.
So he took his children to church with my mother, and shared his belief with us as well. He was in concentration camp in World War II, and went up the Burmese Railroad. 300,000 went up and 50,000 came back.
He was partially responsible for the engineering of the Bridge over the River Kwai. He saw and experienced such atrocities that, after that, he refused that there could be a good God in the world.
But when I gave him natural healing - such as massage - for his back, he didn't worry about what I believed. He just accepted my love.
So it doesn't matter if you are atheist or agnostic, secular, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Jain or Daoist, or if you follow modern medicine or traditional Chinese, Indian, European, Aboriginal, Maori, Amerindian, Amazonian, Indonesian, African or other healing modalities ... Jesus Christ was the greatest healer who ever lived. He did more healing than preaching.
He healed the sick, gave sight to the blind and got the lame to walk. He even raised the dead. So no course in healing - from any college or University - is complete without reference to him as a founding father of healing.
Yes, Hippocrates, Asclepius, Hahnemann, and in more modern times Jethro Kloss, Ellen White, Mary Grieve, Bernard Jensen, Arnold Ehret, Eunice Ingham and Paul and Patricia Bragg deserve mention for their major contributions to the history of healing and natural health. But none of them has done the remarkable work that Jesus Christ was capable of or, in my quirky experience of life, is still capable of today.
Little wonder, then, that he should give me a song to help me with my back. When you sing - or even just hum - the verses of this song it gives traction to your spine. When you sing or hum the chorus it gives your spine relaxation.
So when you sing or hum them in the pattern of verse, chorus, verse, chorus, verse chorus you give your spine traction (lengthening) and relaxation (shortening), thus massaging the spine through the tune. Listen and breathe with your tongue up between your top lip and your top gum, on the string that runs between them, to lengthen your spine. Make sure that your belly moves out.
Then breathe with your tongue down between your bottom lip and your bottom gum, on the string that runs between them, to relax your spine down. Make sure that your belly moves in.
This is called diaphragmatic (correct) breathing. Alternating traction and contraction in a relaxed way helps release the stress that causes pain in your back.
You see, between the bones in your back, called vertebrae, are discs of cartilage called intervertebral discs. The spinal nerves exit and enter the spine at the level of these discs, so when there is too much compression at that level the pressure on those nerves gives you back pain. Traction releases that, easing the pain.
Relaxed contraction places the spine back in a more aligned position, thus removing the cause of that back pain - misalignment of your spinal bones, your vertebrae. By repeating the song over and over, verse, chorus, verse, chorus, verse, chorus and so on, you ease back pain.
To make this process quicker and much more successful, lie comfortably on your bed. Also, do the humming yourself.
Also, drink a couple of glasses of purified water beforehand. Also, remove all metal from your body (such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, watches, mobile phones, piercings, buckles and metal studs or buttons or eyelets in your shoes).
Back Pain Relief for a Lifetime!
When I was three years old I was stabbed in my right eye. So as I walked normally I could not see down to my right. I stubbed my toe and fell over repeatedly.
So I turned my head and cocked it to save myself from falling. This posture, sustained continuously, put my neck out, so by my teens I had back pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders.
My chiropractor, who was amazingly qualified as a naturopath, acupuncturist and much more, and had been a Commonwealth Gold Medallist in discus throwing, told me that if he or I didn't realign the spine on a daily basis I would end up in a wheelchair by the time I was 40. And if he or I jerked the spine straight on a daily basis to keep it well aligned we would give it inflammation of the ligaments and I would end up in a wheel chair by the time I was 40!
So the only way that I could keep myself posturally healthy was to find a way to RELAX my spine straight without jerking it. I did.
In fact, I found a number of ways. This song is one of them, so download it, play it without your earbuds (because they are metal), or sing it yourself to relax your back straight.
If you only want traction only sing the verses. If you only want contraction (relaxation) only sing the choruses. The best to do, for balance, is to sing verse, chorus, verse, chorus, verse, chorus and so on. Singing works better than listening because it ensures that you are using your diaphragm, which massages your spine from the inside.
If you don't remember the words don't worry. Just sing the tune. Even better, hum the tune with your tongue in the correct position - up for traction and down for contraction. You could be amazed at how quickly (usually within a few verses or choruses either way) this works.
To clarify, hum the verses with the tongue up, between your top lip and gum, for traction. Or hum the choruses with the tongue down, between your top lip and gum, for contraction (relaxation). And then feel your gratitude for this miraculous method from Jesus Christ, the Grandmaster of all Healers, who gave me this miraculous tune through my right ear. It's miracle on miracle!
I was told that I could end up in a wheelchair by the time I was 40 when I was 22 years old. I have kept my spine straight myself through relaxation, on a daily basis, since then, and I am now 69 years old.
That's 47 years without back pain except twice, after moving house, when I lifted boxes incorrectly. On both of those occasions I straightened my own spine on my own bed through relaxation, and so relieved my pain.
Yes, I have also supported that technique by using a well rounded program of natural health, including positive thinking, exercise, breathing, water, alkaline (soothing) nutrition, sunshine, deep sleep, meditation and prayer. And I have received the benefits of great health - energy, clarity of thinking, happiness, joy, peacefulness and the treasure of love - during that time.
The key is to work it - if you don't work it, it won't work for you. Daily self-care is important. You see, I misalign my spine on a daily basis because of the way that I walk - cocking my head to see with one eye and not stumble. We all have our ways of coping, which mean that simple, self-correction and self-care strategies on a daily basis are crucial to living a long, healthy life.
And a key one of these is the tongue position that relaxes your spine, relieving the muscles that keep it misaligned through excess tension. It's called the Cramps Relieving Tongue Position because it relieves tension in all muscles, which relieves leg cramps, back cramps and spasm (a spasm is a long-held cramp), stitch, asthma (cramping of the smooth muscle of the lungs), angina (cramping of the heart muscle), migraines (cramping of the muscles in the blood vessel walls, in the brain) and stiffness of the neck and shoulders.

The cascade or slide down on the word "shine" is particularly effective at relaxing the back, and the whole body, down. So when humming it yourself make sure to s-l-i-d-e all the way down in little out bursts.
This technique is so effective that you can also use it for high blood pressure. Simply measure your blood pressure and, if it's high, sing or hum the chorus for about 15 minutes. Repeat this before you get out of bed, before you go to sleep, and before breakfast, lunch and dinner ease yourself down.

How to Pray Down a Cancer Lump
I show you the technique of Fervent Prayer, which I also call Prime Commandment Prayer or Miracle Healing Prayer. At this stage I prayed for the cancer to go down.

How to Pray Cancer Down
I had a Squamous Cell Carcinoma on my right forearm. From this stage onwards I prayed for forgiveness, because I wanted to demonstrate that cancer is caused by unforgiveness.
Great Result!
After 22 days, according to a theatre nurse, the cancer has gone or almost gone. It would have taken me about 22 days to get a skin biopsy (partial removal of the cancer, which I didn't want because I wanted it ALL to go with prayer). Please observe that there is no scar, so I had no surgery, not even for a biopsy.
Clearly, I needed to sustain the prayer for 22 days, although I have to admit that on some days I didn't do it and on others I only did it for part of the time. The key is sustain the prayer, to remain in Jesus (John 15:7). I did this, even while sleeping - and I slept well!
Cancer and Forgiveness
A cancer tumour is a lump of cancer cells. The average Australian has 750,000 cancerous cells in the body. The way to stop cancer lumps (tumours) forming is to change your lifestyle. The way to get them down is to pray and obey by sustaining the prayer.
I have no fear of cancer, because I live the Genesis 1.29 lifestyle as closely as I can and, if I do get a lump of cancerous cells, I pray them down.
Please read Genesis 1:29 carefully. It's very simple. 'I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.'
In other words, eat fruit and vegetables that are organically grown, or at least spray and dusting free.

The Hand Position for Integration
When you Integrate it releases all stress. Firstly, place your right wrist over your left wrist and interlace your fingers so that your left little finger is on top of your right.

Secondly, turn your hands towards you and then up, so that they roll into a position in which they point upwards. This is called the Integration Hand Position.

The Integration Hand Position integrates the circuitry relating the two hemispheres of your brain, as well as the back and sides of your brain and the top and bottom of your brain. You can do it with the right hand over the left, as shown here, or the left hand over the right. There are six variations of this Hand Position, but that is in more advanced work, too much for a simple page such as this.
To empower your Integration Hand Position, place the tip of your tongue between your lips to that it touches the air. Relax and breathe in so that your belly goes out and breathe out so that your belly goes in (Belly Breathing, Correct Breathing or Diaphragmatic Breathing).
The Colour Purple - Pray and Obey
The Laws of Nature are the Laws of God. God did not design us to eat animal products, so when we do we sin, UNLESS it's for the sake of survival. Otherwise we need to eat what God gave us to eat in the beginning - fruits and vegetables, organically grown. This is one way that I used to support my prayers.
That's right, I didn't just talk - "Hey, Jesus mate! Please bring my cancer down!" and then continue to smoke, drink alcohol, eat meat and gamble. No, I took the stress out of my life by eating ONLY fruits and veggies, drinking the correct amount of water each day, practising deep breathing through Laugh Downs, going to sleep with the sun and waking up with the sun, and so on. I followed the NEW STARTS program as given on this website.
You can also focus your eating on the colour purple. You see, when I ate a bowl of acai berry my BCC (basal cell carcinoma) on my back went down. Dr Rudoph Bruess uses beetroot juice with other juices and herbs, as a fast for 42 days, to gain his success with cancer (45,000 overcame it on this fast!). And I have tried other purple foods, because the colour purple is the anthocyanins (anti-oxidants) that help to reduce cancer.
The strongest I have used are acai berry, eggplant and purple grapes. Some have used a purple grape fast for a month to reduce their cancer. Other cancer conquering purple foots include

With cancer, the idea is to replace anger towards some big gorilla or little monkey with compassion towards them. So do this exercise for seven minutes, three times a day.
Step 1 With attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person is seeking some happiness for his/her life".
Step 2 With attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person is trying to avoid suffering in his/her life".
Step 3 With attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person has known sadness, loneliness and despair".
Step 4 With attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person is seeking to fulfil his/her needs".
Step 5 With attention on the person, repeat to yourself: "Just like me, this person is learning about life".
